WebPT launches new technologies through partner platform

Why Array Technologies stock is soaring today: ‘Relentless focus on operational execution’

Array Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:ARRY) shares are trading higher Wednesday after the company reported better-than-expected financial results and issued guidance. Array said second-quarter revenue jumped 116% year-over-year to $424.9 million, which beat the estimate of $336.93 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The solar company reported quarterly adjusted earnings of 9 cents per share, which beat the estimate of 3 cents per share. Read more >>


Latest Inc. 5000 list sees increase in Arizona companies ranked

Two Arizona companies are in the top 1% and another 14 are in the top 10% among the latest Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. In all, a total of 156 Arizona companies appeared on the 2022 list, which compiles small businesses’ rates of growth over the past three years and ranks them accordingly. That’s 40 more companies than were on the 2021 list, making this the fourth-straight year that Arizona has seen an increase. Avnet beats Wall Street expectations to close out its 2022 fiscal year

Avnet, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVT) announced its fourth quarter and full year results on Wednesday, with figures ahead of Wall Street expectations. Sales for the fourth quarter ended July 2 notched $6.37 billion, up 21.9% from the same period last year and ahead of analyst expectations of $6.26 billion. Adjusted earnings per share for the quarter reached $2.07, outpacing the consensus estimate of $1.98. Read more >>

TGen names Kevin Campbell chief information officer

Dan Gannon promoted to vice president of lease sales

Arizona diagnostic lab Sonora Quest launches monkeypox PCR test

Arizona-based Sonora Quest Laboratories and Quest Diagnostics announced the launch of a “one-of-a-kind” monkeypox test Monday. Arizonans can take the PCR test through their health care providers and it does not require initial orthopox screenings like the CDC’s tests, according to a press release. Intel, semiconductor industry celebrate as Biden signs CHIPS Act into law

President Joe Biden signed the CHIPS and Science Act on Tuesday, cementing historic investment into domestic semiconductor manufacturing. The legislation is backed by industry including one of Arizona’s largest private employers, Intel Corp., which is expanding its largest chip manufacturing plant, or fab, in Chandler. The company (Nasdaq: INTC) has more than 12,000 employees in Arizona, and plans to increase that number by 3,000 when the expansion is complete. Read more >>


New funding for bioscience program expansion at Maricopa County Community Colleges

Congressman Greg Stanton (AZ-9) and Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) leaders gathered at the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI) LabForce to announce the $1 million in federal Community Project Funding secured in a House Appropriations bill for bioscience program development at the Maricopa Community Colleges. In April, MCCCD submitted a proposal for Community Project Funding (CPF) to Congressman Greg Stanton for the expansion of bioscience programs to better-serve this growing industry’s workforce needs. Honeywell Aerospace inks deal with Cyient to make parts for cloud-connected cockpit system

Phoenix-based Honeywell Aerospace is teaming up with a global technology company to produce the aviation industry’s first cloud-connected cockpit system.
