A Leadership Forum for Mid- to Senior-Level IT Leaders at Technology Companies Across Arizona
Hosted by Paragon IT Professionals, in conjunction with the Arizona Technology Council
Do you know a mid- to senior-level IT leader who could benefit from professional development and collaboration with other statewide IT experts? Paragon IT Professionals and the Arizona Technology Council are partnering to offer a unique opportunity for IT leaders to learn from one another through a cohort-style leadership program in a professionally facilitated setting.
The IT Leadership Forum would lead a group of 18-25 mid- to senior-level IT leaders through one in-person session (and an accompanying happy hour) in August, as well as three subsequent virtual sessions that are 2.5 hours in length between September and November. Participants would stay with the same group of leaders for the entire four-month forum, allowing for long-lasting and authentic relationship-building and networking.
The program will be facilitated by Adam Carroll, an author, emcee and two-time TED talk speaker. His favorite audiences are those with a passion for inspirational leadership. He regularly speaks about building a bigger life for yourself and your employees by providing exemplary service, educational opportunities, and an environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Audiences typically leave Adam’s events talking about how inspired they are to take action and leverage some of the strategies he shares to look at life’s challenges differently.
If you know of someone at your company who might be the right fit for this program, please share this page with them. If you are interested in participating in the forum, please visit https://info.paragonitpros.com/azleaders to fill out Paragon IT’s interest form. After filling out the form, Joel Jackman, the founder of the IT Leadership Forum, will reach out to set up a get-to-know-you call to share more information and assess your fit for the program. We hope to see you at our kick-off event in August!
