Job Purpose:

The process engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and improving department Key Performance Indicators in line with internal and external customer needs.

Duties:

• Promote safety awareness, accident prevention and employee involvement with regards to safe work environment.

• Characterization and analysis of films using techniques such as Ellipsometer, Spectrometer, Four-point probe, Profilometer.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor, M.S. or Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills for trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Ability to work in class 1000 clean room while wearing clean room attire.
• Ability to work safely with various chemicals wearing appropriate PPE.
• Monitor, identify root cause, and resolve process yield issues.
• Knowledge of contact, stepper photolithography equipment.
• Experience with designing mask and reticle for Mix-n-Match processing
• Experience with positive, negative broadband and I-line photoresist processing.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software is a plus.

Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Director, responsible for the development of department-specific and web-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) products, data, and applications.  Performs a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.

TASKS:

Maintains the geospatial database and map service used by the Cottonwood Emergency Communication Center (ECC).

Serves as project manager for GIS projects. Manages short and long-term projects from inception through implementation and evaluation.

High-level GIS and data specialist with experience in application design, task automation, spatial/tabular data processing, cartographic production/digital mapping, data management, data collection, and data entry.

Act as a liaison between department-specific GIS users and other City departments to address GIS support, quality assurance, and quality control.

Assists employees with technical support related to application design, database design, and data management.
