The Arizona Technology Council and Mountain States Employers Council, Inc. (MSEC) have once again partnered on a compensation survey for Arizona employers. For 2016, MSEC and AZTC are inviting both of our memberships to participate in MSEC’s comprehensive Benchmark Compensation Survey for Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming employers.
How to Participate?
All members of the Arizona Technology Council should have received instructions for completing the survey. If your company did not receive these instructions or you’d like to request these instructions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate that you are a member of the Arizona Technology Council and are interested in participating.
All Arizona Technology Council members who participate in the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the Arizona Benchmark Compensation Survey in exchange for their participation. Organizations who do not participate in the survey will not be able to get results from the Arizona Benchmark Compensation Survey as it is not available for purchase by non-participants. As a member of the Council (whether you are a small, medium, or large employer) by contributing your wage data you have a unique opportunity to help determine the market rate for jobs in Arizona.
With our survey system, we are unable to run reports and validate data until ALL questionnaires are submitted. Therefore, we need to observe questionnaire submission deadlines in order to publish final reports in a timely fashion. The “posted” questionnaire deadline of Monday, February 22, 2016 will be the final acceptance date to participate in this survey.
