Mesa-based CampusLogic has raised $4.1 million in capital to help boost sales, marketing and product development of its award-winning financial aid student self-service platform.
The convertible note financing included investments from education investors, software company founders and Arizona angel investors. Also participating in this round of financing were Arizona Technology Council members Mario Martinez, managing director of MRTNZ Ventures; Clate Mask, co-founder & CEO of Infusionsoft; Matt Pittinsky, CEO of Parchment; and Hamid Shojaee, CEO of PureChat.
In addition, CampusLogic was a $250,000 grant winner in the spring 2015 competition of the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Arizona Innovation Challenge designed to support early-stage companies and advance the innovation ecosystem and technology commercialization opportunities in the state.
