This cohort-based experience is designed for both new executives navigating a high-stakes transition and incumbent leaders looking to expand their positional strategy.

• The Intensive Sprint (Weeks 1–6): Participants are assessed and receive their personalized Executive Blueprint, develop their unique Terrain Map, and co-create a tailored 100-Day Impact Agenda designed to build immediate, high-velocity momentum.
• 90 Days of Integration Support: Following the sprint, leaders receive three months of biweekly parallel consulting and coaching from experienced JSW advisors to drive results, build critical alliances, and navigate real-time turbulence in a cohort format.
