About the Moderator:

Alex Rodriguez is Chief Executive Officer of FreeFall 5G, Inc, an early-stage disruptive antenna systems company for the global 5G market.  Previously, Alex served as Vice President of Government & External Relations and Chief of Staff at Vector Launch, Inc., a small-class rocket company, where he helped the Founding Team raise over $103M and win its first major government contract. Before Vector, Alex served as Vice President of the Arizona Technology Council and held management roles in business development and supply chain at Raytheon. Alex is a graduate of Harvard University, the University of Arizona and New Mexico Military Institute. He is a military veteran with service in the United States Army.

About the Presenters:

Louis Fernandez is a Cost Reduction Expert and Strategic Partner for Schooley Mitchell. Louis is a husband and father of three beautiful kids. Surely blessed, he spent seven years as an Army officer, deploying twice and seeing fierce combat in Afghanistan. After the military, he spent some years working at a Fortune 100 company before realizing he had a knack and passion for business. Amid the pandemic, Louis embarked on his entrepreneurial journey helping companies reduce costs to thrive in tough economic environments. True to his “deliver results first” nature, his company only gets paid if they save you money. Louis is also the author of a 5-star rated book on leadership, “Keep On Leading” and hosts a podcast, Built With Grit.

Anthony Sylvester is a Practiced Employee Health and Benefits Leader at Lovitt & Touché/Marsh McLennan. Anthony has over 10 years of insurance industry experience. At Lovitt & Touché, he is responsible for overarching strategy, cost containment and client satisfaction. He works with his clients on multi-step approaches to meet long-term objectives and financial goals. He’s also experienced in population health management and analyzing plan performance and costs (including quality of service and efficiency). Anthony earned a bachelor’s in healthcare management from Metropolitan State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. He also serves the Tucson community as a Trustee for Sunnyside Unified School District, Court Appointed Advocate for the Pima County Foster System and is an Associate Board Member, Boys & Girls Club of Tucson.
