Learn how to best approach DEI resistance from executive leadership and push aside hesitancies to drive change.
During this session, we will discuss the following questions:
• How and when can lower-level employees enact change within their organization?
• How can middle managers support their staff when a change should be enacted?
• How should C-Suite executives handle such change requests?
Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to hear from committee members, ask live questions, share challenges, and connect with fellow local business organizations to learn more about inclusive workplace strategies.
