Digital Air Strike, the leading consumer engagement and customer experience technology company, is honored to be an approved General Motors certified Reputation Management partner for the 10th consecutive year. Digital Air Strike is the longest-running partner in GM’s Approved Reputation Management program, designed to encourage dealerships to work with top vendor partners with proven track records of providing the best value to dealerships and consumers. Digital Air Strike was also the first turnkey partner approved for iMR (in-Market Retail) funds for reputation and social media solutions over 11 years ago.
For the 2023 program, Digital Air Strike offers GM dealers social media, reputation management, recruiting and staffing, and inventory merchandising solutions. These features address current automotive industry challenges, from inventory shortages and new vehicle pre-order issues to recruiting and retention concerns and online service demands.
The new or exclusive features include:
- Eight recruiting and staffing solutions on social media and top job sites.
- Four top spots to merchandise dealer inventory, including Google, Facebook, YouTube, and BestRide.com.
- New Google Business Profile optimization includes engaging with customers via AI chat integration, improved search results with photos, and highlighting pre-orders.
- New platform to engage with factory pre-order consumers to keep them engaged.
- More social posts on top sites, including TikTok and Facebook, plus posts that focus on a dealership’s new vehicle pre-order offerings.
Qualifying dealers are eligible for co-op reimbursement for the services under the GM iMR Turnkey Program. GM reimburses dealerships for a portion of eligible local advertising and marketing costs incurred from approved vendors.
