Talk abstract: Attack sequences that took days now complete in fifteen minutes. Most organizations have never measured whether their defense can respond faster than the attack can spread. This session introduces Time-to-Good-Decision (TTGD), a practitioner-built metric that benchmarks your complete response cycle, from first signal to verified containment, against the speed of the threat itself. You’ll walk away with a measurement approach you can run on Monday morning with tools you already own. Drawn from the book Break the Chain: Defending at Machine Speed.
