Joan utilizes her two decades of corporate experience in HR to provide consulting to company leaders primarily in the areas of HR strategy development, organizational design approaches, and culture-related needs. For day-to-day HR needs, jdh Insights has several preferred partners who are available to assist.

Leadership Development & Team Effectiveness Training
Joan develops leadership and team effectiveness training sessions by learning the unique needs of the business and customizing the content to align with the organizational culture. She facilitates each session by sharing her expertise and helping participants connect their own experiences to the training in order to improve long-term retention of the materials. Individual Coaching: Joan is a certified CTI and ICF coach.
Joan’s approach to coaching is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals she works with. She brings introspection, intuition, and her HR experiences to help coaching clients navigate their way through complex situations to attain and sustain their goals. Joan leverages her certifications in several assessments to co-design a comprehensive development plan with clients that aligns with their desired outcomes.
