As companies adapt to a world where customers want personalized, real-time data delivered on self-serve platforms, Encora works with its clients to deliver these experiences. “One of the most significant trends that we’ve seen regardless of industry or sector is organizations making strategic investments in digital platforms to serve customers in personalized and interactive ways,” said Kanter. “Often these digital experiences are powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning and tend to be cloud-based, which makes them much nimbler and easier to evolve and scale.”
Some of these solutions go a step further to use augmented and virtual reality. Kanter points to adult learning and training as an area that has experienced this transformation. “We’re helping clients to create immersive and interactive training environments in VR with these newer technologies,” said Kanter. “These solutions are much more cost-effective for many organizations to run training since they can help technicians, doctors or machine operators to practice every high-risk scenario without fear of consequence.”
