Thomas Tenney works closely with his clients guiding them in the pursuit of their financial goals. He offers a customized approach to wealth management – built on personal relationships and shaped by an understanding of your needs and aspirations. Tom has over twenty-five years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Legacy Wealth Management, Tom was a Wealth Advisor at UBS Financial Services from 2007 to 2023. From 1998 through 2006, Tom was a market maker on the trading floors of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. He also held portfolio manager and advisory roles at Mellon Private Asset Management and East Pacific Investment Company, Inc. As a Senior Institutional Consultant, Tom’s focus is helping corporations and business owners with the fiduciary duties of managing their retirement plans. He works closely with senior management and investment committees to create Investment Policy Statements and guides them in selecting and monitoring the investments offered in plans. Additionally, he works with business owners to create personal education programs tailored to helping their employees save for retirement.
Tom earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1998 and served as President of the Phoenix
CFA Society from 2011 to 2012. He attained the CFP designation of Certified Financial Planner in 2010. In 1995, he earned an MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University. Tom lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and their four children who are all alumni of Arizona State University. He enjoys hiking on the trails of the valley and grilling outdoors in his free time.
Sheila Kloefkorn is CEO/President of KEO Marketing, a fullservice B2B marketing agency. She is a trusted fractional CMO supported by an agency specializing in marketing strategy, messaging, digital infrastructure, execution, and analytics. New AZ TechCast co-host Eric Miller is a co-owner of Tempe-based PADT, Inc., which provides tools and services to companies designing and manufacturing physical products. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. As co-founder of PADT in 1994, Eric pursued his interests in simulation, 3D printing, and small business management. Eric often writes and speaks on simulation, design, 3D printing, startups, and the high-tech sector and regularly contributes to the Phoenix Business Journal. In addition, he is a startup mentor and angel investor, sits on the board of several tech-related organizations, and is a former Chair of the Arizona Technology Council Board of Directors.
