Osborn Maledon partner elected to Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Tom Curzon, a partner at Osborn Maledon, P.A., has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF), an honorary global recognition of “a lawyer whose career has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of society.”

Founded in 1952, the ABF is a nonprofit, independent research institute that is recognized as a leading institute for the study of law in the U.S on topics such as access to justice, the function of juries in our legal system, the social costs of mass incarceration, diversity and equal justice and many other critical issues facing lawyers today.  Membership is limited to 1 % of the lawyers admitted to practice in the United States and its territories and to a limited number of lawyers in international jurisdictions.

Curzon’s legal practice focuses primarily on serving as outside general counsel and trusted and strategic advisor to emerging, growth-oriented companies. He is an active leader in Arizona’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and serves as  Chairman of the Board of StartupAz Foundation. He also is a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership and has received numerous awards for his legal and community services.
