Security Engineer: Pima County IT Department
The Pima County Information Technology Department is seeking an experienced IT security professional. This position operates under the guidance and supervision of the ITD security officer. The primary function of the IT security engineer is to design, implement and tightly control highly advanced technical security solutions and processes simultaneously for the protection of enterprise information, systems and infrastructure assets. Participates in a team environment that provides cost-effective IT security services for the enterprise. The ITD security engineer is involved with security operations and leading multiple complex security related infrastructure projects. University of Advancing Technology is looking for an adjunct professor to teach undergraduate courses in our Virtual Reality program. Course topics include: prototype and complete original virtual / augmented reality applications for multiple platforms utilizing a full project development lifecycle from concept to completion; create and implement immersive user experiences that utilize the interaction approaches unique to virtual / augmented reality hardware and platforms, and design and develop simulations that leverage gamification on virtual / augmented reality platforms to enhance the outcomes of non-entertainment applications such as training, medical, therapeutic, military, or learning based environments.
Spacecraft Systems Engineer: FreeFall Aerospace
The successful candidate will have broad-based space systems engineering skills including a background in all relevant electrical and mechanical subsystems and requirements, and be capable of designing, integrating, and testing spacecraft components to meet specific customer requirements. Experience with Cubesats and a background in antenna systems integration and test is highly desirable. The candidate must have strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide small teams and coordinate activities across multiple project areas. He/she must be hands-on and comfortable working with hardware and electronics in a design/build/test paradigm.

We are seeking an electrical engineer to participate in a wide variety of antenna design, development, and test activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive understanding and skills in electrical circuit design, board layout, electronics assembly and test, and antenna principles, and an ability to understand customer needs and derive clear technical requirements that flow down to subsystem and component design, build, and test. Experience with radar applications and with spaceflight hardware and telecommunications is desired.
