Customer Support Engineer – ZorroSign
The Customer Support Engineer at ZorroSign will be expected to:
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including new account setup and network configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until technical issues are resolved.

Account Executive/Manager – ZorroSign
The Account Executive/Manager at ZorroSign would be expected to:
- Quickly become a power-user of ZorroSign’s data security platform built on blockchain, including basic use, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a brand representative to prospects and new sales opportunities.
- Act as initial sales contact, including some prospecting, answering inbound questions, scheduling and delivering short product demonstrations, using comprehensive product knowledge to align features and benefits to prospects, and collaborating with development or management teams on escalating opportunities.
- Engage free trial users and help convert them to paid subscribers.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues in a time-sensitive environment, providing clear resolutions to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels and escalating to Support team and engineers as necessary.
- Meet or outperform expected metrics related to sales and onboarding efforts.
- Assist in the testing of ZorroSign features and capabilities as our platform expands.

Network Technician – Pima County IT Department
The Pima County Information Technology Department (PC ITD) is seeking a Network Technician. The working environment is team-oriented, technical, self-motivated, and meticulous. As an HiMS Implementation Project Coordinator, you’ll assist project leaders during customer calls, manage task boards and update items, assist in gathering requirements and support customers during software implementations. You’ll meet with customers to establish clinical workflows and map them against Axiom’s existing workflows, work with the development department to delivery timely updates for customer builds, work in SQL for customizations by tailoring the customer’s environment and produce training documentation to support customers during the implementation phase. One year of project management experience using tools such as Gantt, Jira, Infinity and Excel, a background in programming and SQL knowledge and strong technical troubleshooting skills are required with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
