Each year the Arizona Technology Council produces two C-Level peer-to-peer groups, the Executive Roundtable in Phoenix and the CEO Network in Tucson. These are both an exclusive peer-to-peer group of C-level executives that help each other solve business challenges. The Executive Roundtable and the CEO Network are both professionally facilitated, peer-to-peer board of advisors that are assembled to help business leaders address issues facing their company. These groups provide a confidential, non-competitive environment for sharing experience-based knowledge to solve business problems faced by every executive.
This is your opportunity to participate in a group whose members are peers with whom you can discuss your most difficult decisions. Both the Executive Roundtable and the CEO Network are framed after the Vistage model: a group of professionals who understand your challenges and pressures, because they have similar responsibilities.
Apply for the Phoenix Executive Roundtable
We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Phoenix Executive Roundtable group. If you are a CEO, president, founder, or other executive at your organization and are interested in collaborating and learning from your peers, please find and complete the online application here.
Number of Participants
Each group consists of 10-12 individuals with diverse backgrounds. The facilitators work with each member to ensure there are no business conflicts between members so each member can fully share during the meetings.
Member Selection Process
Each applicant must complete an application that shares information about the business including revenue, number of employees, a description of products and services, and current business issues. Each applicant will be evaluated based on experience, education and core competencies to determine “fit” within the group. Vendor/client associations will be evaluated for potential issues and competing firms will not be placed in the same group. The goal is to ensure an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality. Once the initial application review is complete, a personal or phone interview will be conducted to further assess compatibility, confirm commitment and answer lingering questions. Although the groups are formed in the beginning of each year, the AZTC adds members throughout the year and applications are always accepted.
For an application or additional information about joining the Phoenix Executive Roundtable or the Tucson CEO Network, please contact AZTC using the appropriate email address.
Although important relationships are often forged within the groups, the Executive Roundtable and the CEO Network are not “leads” or networking groups, nor is either intended for members whose companies are in a turnaround situation.
