Join the Arizona Technology Council for its Virtual Breakfast Speaker Series that brings together tech titans, outstanding CTOs, advocates, innovators and industry champions of existing and emerging sectors who are reshaping Arizona’s tech ecosystem. This Virtual Speaker Series is geared to professionals working from home or office during these different times.
Managing in the COVID-19 world is the hottest topic we are currently facing. This Breakfast Series event will touch on the following and will be presented by the Employers Council.
• Time to think about reopening and staffing up? We hear you and we have all kinds of suggestions!
• Need best practices for managing in a “remote” or hybrid work world? We’re here for you!
• Still have questions about the new laws? We’ve got you covered!
• Want to talk layoffs vs. furloughs vs. RIFs? We’re on it!
Our employment law attorneys and HR consultants are working hard to provide support, ideas, and workplace strategies for navigating these tumultuous times. In this session we will:
• Provide a framework of four key considerations when preparing to bring employees back into the workplace
• Explore options on key logistics (i.e., health screens, PPE, workplace expectations)
• Highlight common challenges and offer best practice strategies
• Offer samples, guidance, and resources available
