About the panelists:

Kay Transtrum, Director of Brand, Qwick
Kay Transtrum is a strategic driver, brand master and word magician. She graduated from the Walter Cronkite school of Journalism and Mass Communication through ASU with her Bachelor’s degree. After years of cultivating brand voice and managing initiatives at CO+HOOTS, AKOS and Coplex, Kay joined the startup rocket ship known as Qwick, where she’s directing the company’s brand strategy. She adores the idea of taking a complex idea or problem and simplifying it to the point that anyone can understand it and tackle it.

Erica Sietsma, Senior Vice President, Product & Operations, Digital Air Strike
Erica Sietsma has nearly two decades of retail technology experience and has been a driving force of Digital Air Strike’s vision and growth over the last five years. Her deep product and industry knowledge have earned her recognition as a subject matter expert on the topics of social media and reputation management and invitations to speak at digital conferences throughout the world. Prior to Digital Air Strike, Erica was head of digital partnerships and corporate communications for MileOne Automotive, and held roles in business development and national account management for one of the largest call management companies, CallSource.

Teresa Snyder-Lamberger, Vice President, Marketing, Benchmark
Teresa is a veteran marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience. She demonstrates a deep understanding of technology, which she brings to her role as the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Solutions at Benchmark, a Tempe-based solutions provider for Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) customers. Since the start of her career, Teresa has been a trusted advisor focused on consistently delivering top-notch results. Her diligence and dedication enabled her to serve as both the Director of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing consecutively at OneNeck IT Solutions.

Jill Brownley, Director of Marketing & Communications, Arizona Technology Council
After nearly three years serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Jill leveraged her solid background that included marketing and communications positions with the State of Arizona and JDA Software, to establish her own consultancy. In 2018, she joined the Arizona Technology Council as the Director of Marketing and Communications where she oversees all aspects of internal and external communications for the state’s largest technology networking association.
