Learn how Inventors and Small Business Technology Innovation Companies can get Non-dilutive capital from the Federal Government.

The mission of the SBIR program is to support scientific excellence and technological innovation through the investment of Federal research funds. The risk and expense of conducting serious R&D efforts are often beyond the means of many small businesses. By reserving a specific percentage of federal R&D funds for small businesses, SBIR protects the small business and enables it to compete on the same level as larger businesses.  Currently, eleven Federal agencies participate in the SBIR program: Dept of Agriculture, Dept of Commerce, Depart of Defense, Depart of Education , Depart of Energy, Depart of Health & Human Services, Depart of Homeland Security, Depart of Transportation, EPA, NASA and National Science Foundation.  Come find out if the SBIR program could help fund your technology ideas!  (Source: sbir.gov)
