Tech Council member, Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance (SAACA), is launching a 14,000 ft. collaborative arts and maker space in Tucson Mall. CATALYST is a flexible learning, performance, gathering and maker space which highlights over 30 disciplines – including robotics, electronics, audio, video and photography studios. Malls are evolving. CATALYST-style spaces will become the new anchor for malls in the future.
The Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the creation, preservation and advancement of the Arts. SAACA strengthens the bonds between people, place and purpose through collaborative, arts-driven experiences.
MAP – CATALYST is located at the lower level west wing of the Tucson Mall between Sears and Dillards. The closest parking is near the former Red Robin in the SW corner of the parking lot in-between Sears and JCPenney.
