In this first Tech Inclusion Forum of 2021, internationally respected Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert and Trainer Dr. Joel P. Martin will share insights and strategies to enhance communication with a diverse workforce.

Joel P. Martin, Ph.D., president of Triad West, Inc., is an international coach, trainer, trainer of trainers, and consultant who specializes in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Transformational Leadership. She has more than 20 years experience implementing DEI corporate culture initiatives and workforce development solutions for municipal, corporate, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Martin is the author of How To Be A Positively Powerful Person. She has earned a MA in Psychology, PhD in Communication and admission into the Wharton Fellows Program of the Wharton Business School.
