On Thursday, February 19, 2026, Mayor Kate Gallego and Phoenix Sister Cities will host the 2026 Global Links Business Luncheon at The Abbey on Monroe in Downtown Phoenix.

This signature event convenes technology and business leaders to explore how rapidly advancing technologies are reshaping real-world competitiveness—and what those shifts mean for innovation strategy, security priorities, and workforce readiness in Greater Phoenix.

This year’s featured conversation brings back two standout voices from the 2025 Phoenix Global Forum: Dan Hart (President, HarTechnologies LLC), an aerospace leader with deep experience supporting national security missions, and Matt Cimaglia (Founder & Managing Partner, Quantum Coast Capital), an investor and operator focused on quantum, AI, and emerging technology.

Together, they will anchor the theme “Disruption, Innovation & Leadership” and discuss how the space economy and quantum technologies are moving from emerging concepts into real-world deployment, impacting advanced manufacturing, cybersecurity, logistics, and data-driven decision-making across the tech sector.
