Volunteers needed
Arizona STEM Adventure is just around the corner! This exciting event will take place at Pima Community College’s Northwest Campus on Friday, November 20, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Each year, we welcome nearly 1,000 students in grades 4 through 8 to engage in hands-on science.
To make this event a success, we are seeking volunteers—and we’d love your help in spreading theword. Faculty, please share this with your students and consider offering extra credit to students who participate.
Employees who volunteer are eligible to receive 2 Pima Healthy Rewards points.
The success of AZ STEM Adventure is largely due to the hundred of volunteers that make it happen! We need escorts and event staff to guide students through the different booths and activities. We also need STEM professional and exhibitors to bring a lesson or activity for the students!
