COVID-19 Protocols
Optics Valley is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for attendees, staff, and presenters.
- To enter the conference venue, all attendees and staff are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event from a medical facility (not a home test).
- UPDATED! In accordance with Face Covering Requirements issued on January 11, 2022 for all University of Arizona campuses and locations, all attendees and staff are required to wear a three-ply disposable mask, KN95, or KF94 mask unless actively eating, drinking or presenting. Cloth masks alone are not allowed although they may be worn over a medical-type mask to enhance fit. We will have a supply of three-ply disposable masks at the door.
