Lunch & Learn with MATRIX: Agile Expectations vs. Reality

Register

Have you tried implementing Agile within your organization and experienced challenges, or maybe you’re not seeing the results you expected? Have you defined outcome success measurements that are meaningful and adaptable? Oftentimes, teams look outward to identify the source of these issues, when really, all one needs to do is look in the mirror to identify the true cultural roadblocks holding us back from reaping the full benefits of agility.

In this session, the MATRIX Agile Practice will share its experiences over the last 10 years across Agile adoptions and transformations within various industry sectors. We will discuss some of the challenges and problems with Agile adoption and transformation journeys and the resolutions we have seen work for successful Agile implementations.

Lunch will be from 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Session will kickoff at 11:30 AM
