The 2025 Launching Your Career Symposium will take place all day on Friday, January 31st, 2025 at the UArizona Student Union Grand Ballroom.
The WISE Program‘s Launching Your Career Symposium is a campus-wide professional development and networking symposium targeted to women in STEM across the University of Arizona. This event is free and open to anyone who registers.
This year’s symposium features a variety of career pathway panels on the following tracks: Clinical Healthcare, Biomedicine, Engineering, Quantum Computing, Tech Industry, and Environmental Sciences as well as workshops on Resume and Interviewing Strategies, In-Person and LinkedIn Networking Skills, Technical Interviewing Tactics, Personal Safety, Healthy Relationships, Financial Planning, Imposter Syndrome and Salary Negotiation. The day-long event culminates in a STEM Connections Community Networking Mixer Reception that will bring together students, faculty, staff, and industry partners to build greater community among women in STEM at UA!
