Intel Corp. on Thursday said it has agreed to acquire Israeli startup Granulate Cloud Solutions Ltd. in a deal reported to be worth about $650 million. The companies didn’t disclose the price but Haaretz reported in Israel last week that it would be $650 million. TechCrunch also reported that figure on Thursday.

Encora, a global software product engineering company based in Scottsdale, has acquired Daitan, a fast growing software development company with several global offices. Encora shared that acquiring Daitan extends its reach further into Latin America and upon the deal’s closing the company’s headcount will rise up to 5,500 engineers worldwide.
