|
Since no single source can supply the needed power, Arizona needs an all-of-the-above energy strategy, excluding coal, that takes advantage of our considerable strengths. #DYK? Council members have access to AZTC’s Association Health Plan (AHP) and 401(k) Multiple Employer Plan (MEP)
As you begin planning for 2027, now is the perfect time to take another look at two of the Council’s most valuable member benefits: the 401(k) MEP and the Association Health Plan (AHP). Together, these programs can help growing companies offer competitive health and retirement benefits while reducing the cost, complexity and administrative burden that can come with managing them independently.
Attracting and retaining talented employees is critical for Arizona’s technology companies. The Council created these programs to help our members offer the kinds of benefits employees value, without having to navigate every detail alone.
Before you finalize your 2027 benefits strategy, see what your Council membership can do for you. Learn More >>

Champion Arizona’s Innovation Economy
|
With Arizona’s Primary Election now behind us and the November 3 General Election quickly approaching, the Arizona Technology Council is diligently working to be the voice advocating for candidates who support our technology-based, pro-growth and business-focused agenda. To that end, I’m reaching out to ask for your support of the Arizona Technology Council Political Action Committee (PAC). For nearly two decades, our PAC has supported pro-technology candidates for the state legislature, regardless of political affiliation.
As we continue working to advance these pro-growth policies and support our shared priorities, your financial support of our PAC is essential. Every contribution, whether it’s $10, $25, $50, $100 or more, helps us expand our efforts and amplify our collective voice.
Contributions to the Arizona Technology Council State PAC enable us to:
- Support candidates who share our policy priorities.
- Advocate for policies that promote economic growth and opportunity.
- Educate voters and community leaders about key public policy issues.
If you’re able to contribute, please visit our secure donation page here, or contact me directly if you have any questions about giving or becoming more involved.

We’re excited to see the work of our friends at SciTech Institute featured in the STEMM Opportunity Alliance’s new Field Guide, Connecting Learning to Careers.
The Arizona case study, “Speaking Across Languages,” highlights how SciTech Institute’s Skills Map Framework is helping address a key challenge: creating a shared language around skills so that education, workforce, and industry can better understand and connect with one another. This work is an example of how stronger connections across systems can help build clearer pathways from learning to career opportunities.
