The University of Arizona WISE Mentorship Program is currently recruiting STEM industry and faculty mentors for the 2026-2027 academic year!
The WISE Mentorship Program pairs enthusiastic and driven UA STEM students seeking career guidance with dedicated volunteer mentors who are STEM professionals in industry or academia. WISE Mentor/Mentee pairs meet monthly from November to April. Mentors will be provided with orientation, mentoring guides, and WISE program support throughout the year.
