Sixteen startups will be trying to hit a home run with their ideas when they make their presentations to an international audience at Venture Madness presented by Invest Southwest in partnership with AZTC Premier Sponsor Arizona Commerce Authority.
The event begins Wednesday, March 4 with a networking luncheon and runs through Friday, March 6 with the announcement of winners in different categories. Speakers will include Matt Pittinsky, CEO of Parchment and co-founder of Blackboard, and Dave McClure, founder of 500 Startups. All activities will occur at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale except for a spring training game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies at nearby Salt River Fields.
The conference will be open to the public for all three days. General registration is $299, which is payable at the door here.
