Council announces new Board members and MarCom Director
During its quarterly board meeting on July 29, the Council elected new board members from ASU, Honeywell and Quarles & Brady, added a new executive committee member from Intel, and announced Bianca Buliga as its new director of Marketing and Communications. As one of the largest tech-driven trade associations in North America, the Council’s board and staff are instrumental in executing strategies that connect, empower and engage its members.
Council wins first place in in 2021 TECNA Awards
The Council has been named a winner in the Public Policy Advocacy category and a finalist in the Creative Marketing & Communications category in the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) Innovation Awards. TECNA hosts the awards each year to honor those who develop and implement innovative and impactful work on behalf of a tech association.

Council applauds passage of SB1124 to extend Small Business Capital Investment Incentive
As the state’s premier trade association for science and tech companies, the Arizona Technology Council applauds Arizona legislators for the passage of SB1124, which includes provisions extending the Small Business Capital Investment Incentive for another 10 years. Continued funding of this program was a top legislative priority for the Council in FY 2021.
