Contract manufacturing can smooth out the ups and downs of the automation industry and Tempe-based Delta Technology is pioneering a new and focused approach to truly partnering with their clients to accomplish this smooth transition.

Moderated by Linda Drake from Michael Beach Coaching & Consulting, this episode of TechFocus features Delta Technology’s Director of Sales, Matthew Lanfrankie and System Sales Engineer, Paul Soucek.

Started in 1997, Delta Technology is a fully integrated custom automation solutions provider with vast expertise in vision and laser inspection.  They provide standard packaging equipment, consulting, and contract manufacturing services to wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, and assembly, to name just a few. 

Soucek disputes the misconception that automation is only about labor reductions.  He explains, “It is really about a significant increase in production over multiple lines with the same labor force spread out. There is a big push on all levels to bring manufacturing back to the United States.  Delta Technology is positioning themselves to help their clients gain their share of the upcoming market boom.”

Lanfrankie explains how Delta is pioneering a new program called Delta 4P – the P’s are people, plant, process, and projects.  “Essentially, this is a bridge between the manufacturing plan and the strategic plan.  More than just capital equipment, Delta is your guide.  A team of unbiased specialists to consult, recommend, and when needed, implement automated solutions,” Lanfrankie says.
