When Pamela Barnhill, Strategic Growth Advisory president, started helping a manufacturer pivot their business to provide PPE, she never envisioned the magnitude of demand and the difficulty in communicating “real versus fake.” The crisis has not only brought out FDA/CE-approved products, but unfortunately also those that do not meet the needed criteria (and trying to pass as such) being sold at astronomical prices by brokers.

The domestic and FDA/CE approved products include a variety of masks (N95, 1860, KN95, medical, 3-ply), hand sanitizer (2 oz – 128 oz), touchless thermometers, protective wear (level 1 gowns up to level 3 coveralls), sanitizing N95 machine, sanitizer machines/dispensers, gloves and more. Unified Safe Guard’s PPE materials are being used by state and federal governments, as well as various other businesses and industries.
Pamela, who is a third-generation Arizonan, is determined to get Arizona back to work. Currently, Arizona has its May testing blitz in place and current numbers sit at just over 11,000 cases and over 500 deaths.
