Unified Safe Guard is serving the community, providing jobs and protecting lives with high-quality PPE
What began as a client project to serve and protect has evolved into a direct supplier of FDA-approved, personal-protective equipment (PPE) to thousands of healthcare professionals and other businesses in need. When Pamela Barnhill, Strategic Growth Advisory president, started helping a manufacturer pivot their business to provide PPE, she never envisioned the magnitude of demand and the difficulty in communicating “real versus fake.” The crisis has not only brought out FDA/CE-approved products, but unfortunately also those that do not meet the needed criteria (and trying to pass as such) being sold at astronomical prices by brokers.
As Principal for Unified Safe Guard, Barnhill is proud to work with FDA/CE approved manufacturers both in the United States and abroad. Unified Safe Guard is licensed, bonded, insured and approved by U.S. Customs.
“We have on-the-ground teams in North America, Asia and Europe,” says Barnhill. “We are focused on delivering the highest-quality goods for the lowest prices to help people. We do this by working directly with manufacturers, freight (air, ocean and truck) and customers to deliver within the needed timelines and budgets.”
“There is a shortage of FDA-approved PPE as well as a shortage of companies that want to keep prices low,” added Unified Safe Guard Principal David Griffin. “I grew up in Arizona and it is an honor to serve Arizona healthcare and businesses with products and knowledge.”
The domestic and FDA/CE approved products include a variety of masks (N95, 1860, KN95, medical, 3-ply), hand sanitizer (2 oz – 128 oz), touchless thermometers, protective wear (level 1 gowns up to level 3 coveralls), sanitizing N95 machine, sanitizer machines/dispensers, gloves and more. Unified Safe Guard’s PPE materials are being used by state and federal governments, as well as various other businesses and industries.
Pamela, who is a third-generation Arizonan, is determined to get Arizona back to work. Currently, Arizona has its May testing blitz in place and current numbers sit at just over 11,000 cases and over 500 deaths.
“With the right PPE, we can keep Arizonans safe and bring the state back to prosperity,” Barnhill added.
