Scottsdale-based JDA Software has released the book “Retail Reimagined For Dummies®, JDA Software Special Edition” to help retailers seize the opportunity to adapt their business models, invest in the latest innovative technologies and reinvent their supply chains.
The book examines shifts in the competitive landscape, forcing retailers to become more agile and data-driven. It outlines new technologies pushing retailers to shift from the omni-channel retail model to the new model called unified commerce, and why navigating this shift requires new approaches to technology in key areas of retailers’ operations.
