LAVIDGE CIO Talks Retaining Top Talent and Solving Tough Problems

Heading in to a “new normal”, digital marketing company LAVIDGE helps Arizona companies navigate, plan, and excel in these uncharted times.

Moderated by Linda Drake from Michael Beach Coaching & Consulting, this episode of TechFocus features LAVIDGE Chief Innovation Officer Stephen Heitz.

Heitz discusses how LAVIDGE has survived the effects of COVID-19 and continues to thrive.  “Our strength lies in finding new ways to solve tough problems,” Heitz says.  “Bring us your toughest challenge.  We believe in beating the unbeatable.”  In March, when COVID-19 hit, LAVIDGE helped Governor Ducey launch the Arizona Together initiative in one weekend and has assisted the Arizona Commerce Authority with its Return Stronger campaign.

Started in 1982, LAVIDGE is the first employee owned agency in Arizona. “We combine creators and developers to focus on doing the right thing for our clients,” Heitz says. “We like to see how creativity and technology can come together to spark innovation.” LAVIDGE helps its clients navigate the ever-changing digital landscape and keeps them moving forward to achieve their goals.

LAVIDGE is an award-winning marketing agency that exists to make good work for its clients.  The company uses every experience, tool, trend, skill and insight at its disposal to create immediate and lasting connections between brands and human beings.  “We believe we’re here to make the world a better place by giving people meaningful work, not just taking a pure business approach that doesn’t factor humans in the equation,” said Heitz. “We want to leave a legacy that Arizona is a better place because we’ve been here.”
