Recognizing that startup accelerators are providing the marketing and business support that early stage companies need for success, tech giant Microsoft is offering $120,000 annually in free Azure cloud services to qualified startups around the world.
The offer is an update to Microsoft’s BizSpark Plus program, which provides free software, developer tools and technical support in addition to open source friendly Azure to help startups. For the latest feature, it is partnering with more than 150 startup accelerators in 47 countries.
Companies interested in participating in the program are encouraged to contact local accelerators to check if they qualify. More information is available at microsoft.com/startups.
