Former Congressman John B. Shadegg has joined Polsinelli law firm’s national public policy practice. Following eight terms in Congress, he becomes a shareholder in its Phoenix and Washington, D.C. offices.
Shadegg will focus on energy and health care public policy issues. He previously practiced in government affairs and public policy in Phoenix and Washington, D.C., at an international law firm.
Also joining Polsinelli is Michael Gillette, who will be part of the firm’s national corporate and transactional practice. Gillette’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging and established companies in a range of general corporate and transactional specific matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transfers and licensing.
