Workshop: Experiencing the Natural Stages of Change presented by jdh Insights

Change is happening around us every day and in so many ways. This interactive workshop is designed to Focus on the Stages of Change with the purpose to:

• Help participants identify what stage of change is being experienced for self and others
• Identify how to notice the stage of change that is being experienced
• Provide tools to navigate through the stages of change

This interactive workshop is presented by Joni Hibdon, founder of jdh Insights. Upon registration, participants will receive online attendance details along with an associated self-assessment(s) for the session.
