This discussion encourages all business owners and entrepreneurs to “Begin With the End in Mind”. When you start a business, it might seem strange to focus on exiting or selling it. However, 84% of business owners say their business is critical to their retirement plans. We will focus the discussion on some strategies you can put in place in the beginning stages of your business that will help you maximize its value by the time you are ready to exit.
About the Speaker:
Junette West is obtained her accounting degree from Grand Canyon University and MBA from University of Phoenix. Junette has held various senior level finance and accounting positions at a Fortune 500 company including VP-Controller, VP-Treasury, and VP-Finance. Her experience spans areas such as domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, financial systems implementation and integration, budgeting and forecasting and enterprise risk management. Junette is currently a Partner with B2B CFO and provides CFO level experience to companies ranging from $2 million to about $50M in revenue on a part-time basis, allowing her to develop long-term relationships with business owners of these companies and create value by helping them with financial oversight and strategic decision making.
