You are a tech professional and even though you might not be called a project manager, there’s no doubt that you will be asked to manage technical projects. Would you like to spend less time “fighting fires” and more time on your “real” job? Our speakers will be presenting on how to produce better project plans and quickly define the scope of your projects. This will help you and your team to capture the complexity of your projects and avoid being overwhelmed by the unknowns. Strategically use the remainder of the summer to get your technical projects organized!
Join the Arizona Technology Council for lunch on Wednesday, June 29 at 11:30am at Connect Coworking. Our speakers will be Mari Diffley and Kevin Archbold, both of Key Consulting.
