The Arizona Technology Council (AZTC) and Society for Information Management (SIM) present the Strengths Based IT Lunch Forum to be held on August 31st, 2017 at 11:30AM at ASU SkySong.
What is a Strengths Based Culture? It is one that enables your IT management team to harness their strengths and achieve peak performance.
Consultant agency and the event’s keynote presenter, 34 Strong will showcase StrengthsFinder, a tool that identifies and analyzes the internal strengths of your staff, particularly beneficial for team members who may have trouble seeing their own competency.
Following the keynote presentation, a panel discussion will highlight industry best-practice standards for implementing a Strengths Based Culture within your organization. Lunch is included in registration.
