Meet our speaker: Nikolas (Nikki) Glazier Hodge, Director of the Transfer Student Center at the University of Arizona.

Nikki will discuss managing and defining positive career growth in the face of personal challenges. She will share how a re-evaluation of career and personal goals helped her achieve greater success in both areas―and how focusing on investing in others helped change her outlook on achievement and leadership.

Nikolas Glazier Hodge has worked in higher education for over 20 years. In her current role, Nikolas is leading the effort to improve the transfer experience for current and future students. She was asked to lead this effort after many years serving as the director of program development and research supporting the vice president for enrollment management and student affairs advancement. She also led several University IT projects for the admissions department.

Nikolas was born and raised in Kansas and earned a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, and master’s in library science with a focus on digital information management. She also served in the Americorps as a trail crew team lead in Massachusetts.
