This 1-day, 8-hour course builds on the basic skills learned in MS Project Best Practices 101. Participants will delve deeper into the features of this software program, covering things such as how to create work, material, and cost resources, create resource calendars, assign work, material, and cost resources, understand effort-drive scheduling, utilize task types and understand their impact on schedule calculations, create task calendars, set up recurring tasks and more. This course is ideal for those who have already taken Microsoft Project Best Practices 101 or those who already have a basic working knowledge of MS Project and would like to develop those skills. Computers are provided on site.
