About the Presenters
Sharon Urias is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Urias is experienced in providing business and intellectual property litigation, including trademark, domain name disputes, patent and copyright litigation. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Urias ran her own rm for 11 years. Additionally, she has been a member of the Fee Arbitration Program of the State Bar of Arizona since 2008.
Todd Langford is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Intellectual Property practice group. As a patent attorney, Langford has successfully prosecuted over 200 patents and trademarks and has a proven track record of obtaining intellectual property protection for his clients. In addition, Langford represents litigants in Federal and State court with respect to intellectual property matters as well as represents clients before the USPTO for trademark oppositions and petitions to cancel as well as patent inter partes reviews (IPRs), covered business method reviews (CBMs), and post grant reviews (PGRs). On the transactional side, he represents clients in various matters, including counseling on brand protection, licensing, purchases and sales, business agreements, and international intellectual property portfolio management.
