Did you know that it is still not illegal for someone to be fired from their job, denied housing, or be refused basic services for being gay or transgender in Arizona?
It has never made more sense to do the right thing. Research estimates that workplace discrimination collectively costs companies $64 billion per year, and the buying power of the LGBT community is estimated at $917 billion nationally.
Not only does it make economic sense, being fully-inclusive is important for attracting and keeping millennial talent, the most inclusive generation in history.
Join the Arizona Technology Council and ONE Community on Tuesday, September 26 at CO+HOOTS for an eye-opening presentation on the need for fully-inclusive employment policies. Lunch will be included. Register now.
