Considering moving your company’s database to the cloud? Join the Arizona Technology Council and Amazon Web Services on Tuesday, July 18 at CEI Gateway for an informative Lunch and Learn networking event for tips on creating a migration strategy. Register now.
Attendees will learn the best way to migrate your SQL Server Databases to AWS, whether it is running SQL Server on EC2, as a managed database service in RDS, or possibly converting the workloads to other data architectures like Redshift, Aurora, or DynamoDB. The presenter will also showcase the Database Migration Service, a tool to help plan and execute your database migration.
Six Nines, an Amazon Web Services premier partner, will walk you through the migration process, step-by-step to see how simple it is to plan and migrate database workloads without having to build extensive infrastructure. Attendees will learn how to analyze existing SQL Server workloads and create blueprints for the target AWS environment(s). Based on the blueprints, attendees will be educated on how to evaluate the outputs, rightsize the target environments, and migrate your SQL Server databases.
Who Should Attend?
Business or technical contacts at companies who are looking to explore a cloud platform and/or migrating their SQL database.
