What we do:

We source directly for each of your open technology positions and fill your virtual schedule with interviews.

Each candidate is vetted by skill-set, education, work experience, cultural fit, and much more!

Technologists must have at least three years of experience to attend our event. 50% of the field has at least 5 years of experience in their current role.

Engage in meaningful, timed conversations with pre-qualified & experienced job-seekers.

During the five-hour virtual experience, qualified candidates can choose the available 10-minute time slots for your company’s schedule.

Think of this as speed-dating.

We aim to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace for all. We strive to ensure at least 50% of our job-seeker pool consists of people of color and minority candidates.

Our virtual software is simple & efficient.

Connect with technologists online with ease through one to one meetings in succession via high-quality video and/or audio.

View your schedule ahead of time to see each candidate’s resume.

You have the option of video or mobile interviews the day of the event.

No training required.

Terms:

The cost for your company to attend is $399 via the early-bird special. No additional costs or hiring fees.

Your schedule contains only vetted candidates for your open roles.

Only candidates authorized to work in the USA. These candidates live in the Phoenix area and are looking to work here.

We do all the work for you (branding, sourcing, etc) — as you prepare for your virtual interviews!

After the event, each company will receive an entire list of all registered candidates including contact info, tech stack, resumes, and other valuable information!

You let us know your open roles, and we fill up your schedule with qualified candidates

who have the exact skills you are seeking!
