Register

Join Viasat Inc.’s Omar Alam and SciTech Institute Executive Director Dr. Jeremy Babendure at Galvanize on Thursday, February 13, as they co-moderate a distinguished panel of educators and tech professionals to discuss the importance of STEM education, how it’s driving Arizona’s tech-talent pipeline, what is required to grow a culture of innovation, best practices to empower students to innovate and succeed, as well as the potential obstacles the innovation ecosystem will need to address to help achieve the ideal future.

The expert panelists will also discuss how STEM programs are catalysts for broader community conversations such as rethinking economic development strategies and reassessing K-12 priorities.

Babendure will unveil the secrets to the success of the Arizona SciTech Festival and also share firsthand how the SciTech Institute’s focus on creating a dynamic, transformative network of STEM advocates to create a network of education, business, community and government partners is building Arizona’s workforce of tomorrow.
