Hello Fantastic Exhibitors,
We need YOU to make this year’s event a success! We hope that you will be willing to join us at this year’s Arizona STEM Adventure, where 1,000 4th-8th grade students come to explore the world of STEM while their teachers receive professional development- all free of charge.
To register, please follow this link: https://goo.gl/forms/GHVTN28bDl3vnP5A3 Please be sure to register soon, as exhibitor space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Arizona STEM Adventure will take place from 9am -1pm on November 16th. We hope that you will be set up by 8:45 am, and we will be providing lunch and snacks as small thanks for all that you do!
Southern Arizona needs your help to grow the next generation of innovators and adventurers. As an exhibitor, you can give students an intriguing glimpse into the professional world of your STEM profession. Teachers and students alike will return to their classrooms inspired to learn more about the wonders of math and science. When you interact with our future STEM leaders, you are truly making a difference and an investment in our community.
Your Audience
In order to ensure this is a long lasting and meaningful experience for students, their teachers are required to apply and be selected to attend the Arizona STEM Adventure. They are asked how they will make sure the learning continues long after the event is over. Only a limited number of students and their teachers (totaling approximately 1,000) are selected to attend. Your target audience will be Gr. 4-8 students from public and private schools, and will also include a few home-schooled students. Because we require a student-to-adult ratio of 8-to-1, many teachers and parent chaperones are also in attendance. This makes exhibiting at the Arizona STEM adventure as pleasant for YOU as it is fun and valuable for the students.
How to participate as an exhibitor
We would like to have as many diverse math and science fields as possible represented at Arizona STEM Adventure. If you have a passion for sharing your expertise with students – we have a place for you! We encourage interactive workshops – the more creative, the better! We know Arizona STEM Adventure will become a very popular field trip for schools throughout Southern Arizona. To register one or more booths from your organization, please register through our website.
