Join us as the PMI Phoenix Chapter continues our “AGILE UP” tradition, this year in partnership with Arizona State University! The Project Management profession has seen many exciting things in 2018, including the PMI Phoenix Chapter celebrating our 40th Anniversary in Arizona, and “Agile” related information integrated throughout the PMBOK® Sixth Edition.

A certified Project Management Professional and Scrum master managing a team of QA, program & project managers within a #PMO #PPM at Arizona State University. Warick will present on a number of Project Management and Agile topics, including business capabilities and how in today’s PM environment.
“PMOs will need to partner with the business to determine business capabilities. The total cost of ownership of IT initiatives is expensive. IT can not wait for business partners to define their capabilities. This is where a PMO can partner with the business to assist in defining the business capabilities tied to applications. The organizational partnership provides the framework to determine strategies, new initiatives and new capabilities.”

The ASU Chandler Innovation Center (ACIC) has been re-invigorated for 2019 and will be providing tours / presentations as part of AGILE UP! ACIC is “Becoming More Than Agile” as it recently re-opened in partnership with the City of Chandler.
